Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ive been to incredibly expensive sushi places and the fish at momi is the most superior to them all. They are very specific with technique and preservation. Unbelievably fresh! The couple who owns it are two of the sweetest people and service was great.

my friend and I stopped at this cute lil sushi spot because we wanted a more intimate vibe than a full on restaurant. it was quaint and cozy and the sushi was absolutely AMAZING!!! Vivian and her husband were the absolute sweetest couple that treated us like long time friends. we had fantastic conversation and it is clear that they both are extremely passionate about what they do. i’m so grateful we visited during our time in LA. we will SO be back !!!! 😊😊

We checked out Momi Sushi and it totally blew us exceeding our expectations! The sushi was incredibly fresh and so tasty. The location is great, in a much nicer, cleaner area of downtown LA. The service was excellent; super attentive and friendly. Parking in DTLA can usually be a nightmare, but there’s a parking garage right next door, which made things incredibly easy. We had an awesome dinner at Momi and then walked right over to Bottega Louie afterward for some macarons. It’s the perfect spot for a fun dinner out. Will definitely be back!

Don't be fooled! The restaurant may be small but the owners work really hard to make everything fresh ,and fast. Quality of the fish is fantastic, luscious and refreshing. The dishes are well made and delicious please support momi sushi I really recommend it's very good and a home feeling kind of restaurant, it doesn't feel like a franchise or big restaurant that takes corners. I come from Vegas and I highly recommend to support momi sushi!!

I'm town for LA ComicCon and did my usual research to scope out what's around and amongst the many sushi places near LA Live downtown, the reviews drew me to a small, unassuming hole-in-the-wall place. It did not disappoint. I add my voice to those singing their praises. The place is small but the food is amazing. I was able to spend a few minutes chatting with the owners and they are wonderful people who you can immediately appreciate how much they are personally invested providing an amazing sushi meal and time permitting chat with you. Something we don't get enough these days. If you're into sushi and find yourself in downtown LA, this is a MUST visit location.
